Terms of use

Last updated 22 October 2026

By using PictoSculpt you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the site.

The service

PictoSculpt is a free tool that turns photos into 3D relief models in your browser. We may change, pause or stop any part of it at any time.

Your photos

Only use photos you have the right to use. Do not use the tool to make content that is illegal, that infringes someone else's rights, or that depicts people without the consent they are entitled to. Because photos are processed on your device, you are responsible for what you create.

Your files

The STL and 3MF files you make are yours. We claim no rights to them and you may use them for personal or commercial purposes, as long as you have the rights to the original photo.

No warranty

The tool is provided "as is", without warranties of any kind. Check every model in your slicer before printing or machining. We are not responsible for failed prints, damaged machines, used material or any other loss that comes from using the files.

Limitation of liability

To the extent the law allows, PictoSculpt and its maker are not liable for any indirect, incidental or consequential damages arising from your use of the site.

Open-source components

The site is built on open-source software and an openly licensed AI model; see the about page for the list and their licences.

Changes

We may update these terms. The date at the top shows when they last changed.
