Privacy policy

Last updated 22 October 2026

In short: your photos never leave your device. There are no accounts, no analytics or tracking scripts, and we do not set cookies. The rest of this page explains the few things that do happen when you visit.

Your photos

When you choose a photo, your browser reads it and turns it into a 3D model on your own device. The photo, the depth estimate and the model are never sent to us or to anyone else, and we cannot see them. They stay in the page's memory until you choose another photo, reload or close the page.

Files you download

STL and 3MF files are created in your browser and saved straight to your device. We do not keep copies.

What your browser stores

To avoid downloading the AI model on every visit, your browser keeps the model files (about 26 to 95 MB) in its own cache storage for this site. They contain no personal data. You can remove them at any time by clearing this site's data in your browser settings.

Services that handle your requests

Like every website, loading a page means your browser connects to servers, which see your IP address and browser type. The services involved are:

None of these services receives your photo.

Advertising

The site does not show ads at the moment. If we add advertising (for example Google AdSense), we will update this policy first, including how advertising cookies are used and how you can control them.

Children

PictoSculpt does not collect personal information from anyone, including children. Photos of children are handled exactly like any other photo: on your device only.

Changes

If this policy changes, the new version will be posted on this page with a new date.
